• One Unified Service center handles all the intelligence for your communications infrastructure: assigning telephone extensions, handling voice-mail, implementing dial-plans, providing personal assistant services, auto-attendant scripts, Computer Telephony Integration, customized phone services, and long distance billing services.
• Cisco 3524-XL-PWR is a stackable 10/100 Ethernet stackable switch. It also provides power to the CP79xx phones, Cisco AP350 Wireless Access Point, and provides Quality of Service prioritization.
• Cisco CP79xx Phones have an extra Ethernet port for a computer. You only need to run one Cat 5e network cable to each desktop. This single cable provides a network connection for the telephone and for the computer. No extra cabling is required for migrating to an IP Telephony based network.
• A Cisco ATA186 provides two analog ports for legacy equipment such as analog telephones, fax machines, modems, and wireless headsets such as the Plantronics CT10.
• Wireless services are provided by the Cisco AP350 Wireless Access Point.
• For roaming through out the office and factory floor, you can use the Symbol Netvision Wireless Telephone. It is fully compatible with all ip telephones on the network.
• Handsfree conference calls in the boardroom are handled with the Cisco CP7935 Conferencing Station.
• For users with computers or laptops, instead of providing them with a dedicated telephone, you can supply them with the Cisco Softphone and a Claritel i750 USB Telephone Handset.
• Video conferencing is handled with aplomb with a Polycom ViaVideo portable, USB port based video-conferencing unit.
